Data processed
What you send with the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), what you are writing about, the message and, depending on the case, the homes you pick or the kind of project you are interested in. If you join the waiting list for a development: your email address, the language you were reading in, so we can write to you in it, and the development you want news of.
Purpose
For the contact form, to answer your inquiry and to stay in touch about it afterwards. For the waiting list, to let you know what happens with that development: when the homes, the prices and the availability are published. The data is not used for profiling or for automated decision-making.
Legal basis
Your consent, under article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679: on the contact form, by ticking the box; on the waiting list, by ticking the box and then confirming with the link in the email we send you. You are not on the list until you confirm. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to the contact address. The technical logs (below) rest on the legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure, under article 6(1)(f).
Recipients
Messages from the form are delivered by email through Resend, Inc.; the site is hosted by Vercel Inc.; and the waiting list is run on Brevo, a European company. All three act as data processors. Data is not shared with third parties except where the law requires it.
International transfers
Vercel Inc. and Resend, Inc. are United States companies, and using them means data is transferred there. Vercel’s transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Resend stores the messages it delivers in the United States; its transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses in its processing agreement and, in addition, by the same Data Privacy Framework.
Retention period
Inquiries sent through the contact form are kept for two years from the last contact, then deleted. Waiting list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you do not confirm the sign-up, you receive no further email. Technical logs are kept for the time given in the next section.
Technical logs
Vercel, the host, records technical data with every request: the page asked for, the time, the browser and the IP address. When you send a form, the site also notes what happened: which form, for which development, whether it was sent and, if it failed, the provider’s error code. It never notes your email address or the content of your message. The logs keep the site running and help find faults and abuse. Vercel keeps them for a period that depends on the plan, 30 days at most, and then deletes them.
Cookies
The site sets one technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the chosen language. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, the restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to the contact address in the legal notice.
Complaints
If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
