Sebastiaan Roos is co-founder of Revivo Development. After completing his law degree, his passion for entrepreneurship and creating new concepts led him into real estate. In 2022, he moved to Valencia, where he first gained an in-depth understanding of the local property market as a real estate broker before fully focusing on property development.

Sebastiaan is driven by identifying strong real estate opportunities, negotiating good deals and developing projects that genuinely add new homes to the city. He believes that the housing shortage can only be addressed sustainably by building more homes and making smarter use of the existing housing stock.

At Revivo Development, Sebastiaan focuses on identifying new development opportunities, attracting investors, and overseeing the financial and legal aspects of the projects.

Bas von Devivere is co-founder of Revivo Development. After completing his degree in Business Administration in Amsterdam, he moved to Spain, where he began investing in small-scale real estate projects. Having gained experience in supply chain management, planning and operations from an early stage in his career, Bas brought a strong focus on structure, efficiency and execution into real estate. Through his first investments, he quickly recognized the opportunities within Valencia’s property market and decided to focus fully on property development.

Bas is closely involved in the development process, from the early planning of a project through construction and delivery. He is driven by finding practical solutions, keeping projects moving and bringing together the right people to turn an opportunity into a successful development.

At Revivo Development, Bas focuses on project execution and the financial performance of each development. He coordinates the different parties involved, oversees planning, construction and day-to-day progress, and closely monitors project budgets, feasibility and profitability throughout the development process.

Manuel García Dols is co-founder of Revivo Development and a local of the Valencia region, bringing first-hand knowledge of the market, its culture and the way business is done locally. This local perspective allows him to act as a natural bridge between international investors and the Spanish real estate ecosystem, helping translate investment objectives into opportunities that can be successfully executed on the ground.

His understanding of the local market, combined with an extensive network of agents, architects, contractors, lawyers and other professionals, allows him to identify opportunities, assess their potential and coordinate the different parties involved throughout the development process. Being close to the projects also enables him to navigate the practical, administrative and commercial realities of developing real estate in Spain.

At Revivo Development, Manuel focuses on sourcing and analyzing new opportunities, negotiating acquisitions and coordinating projects from the initial assessment through development and execution. His role is particularly focused on ensuring that international investors have a trusted local partner who understands both their expectations and the realities of the Spanish market.
