Why here

Costa i Borràs is set in a well-connected residential neighborhood where everyday life is easy. Local shops, cafés and services are all nearby, while metro and train connections make it easy to move around Valencia or travel further afield. At the same time, the area is entering an exciting new chapter, with major infrastructure works already underway that will bring more green space and better connections between the surrounding neighborhoods.

• Metro around the corner

  Patraix metro station is just around the corner, with lines 1, 2 and 7 providing quick connections to the city center and other parts of Valencia. Joaquín Sorolla railway station is also nearby, making the location especially convenient for both daily life and longer-distance travel.

• Everything close to home

  A genuine residential part of Valencia with supermarkets, local shops, cafés and everyday services nearby, while the city center remains within easy reach.

• A greener future already underway

  The railway undergrounding works started in 2023 and are currently scheduled for completion in 2028. The project will remove part of the existing railway barrier, reconnect surrounding neighborhoods and make way for the García Lorca green corridor and the future completion of Parc Central — adding significant new green space to this part of Valencia.

The neighborhood Jesús

Jesús, in blue, borders Pobles del Sud, Quatre Carreres, Patraix, l'Eixample, and Extramurs.
