Why here

Calle Cañete is tucked away on a small traffic-free street in El Carmen, surrounded by centuries of Valencia’s history. Just behind the Torres de Quart, the street has kept the intimate scale and character of the old city, while the Central Market, Turia Gardens and everyday life of Valencia are all within walking distance.

  • Centuries of history

Calle Cañete already appeared in historical records dating back to the 1600s. Its narrow streets, traditional buildings and surroundings still reflect the scale and character of Valencia’s old city.

  • Traffic-free living

No passing cars in front of the building, creating a quieter and more intimate setting that is increasingly rare in the center of Valencia.

  • Torres de Quart & El Carmen

The 15th-century Torres de Quart are just around the corner. From here, the Central Market, the streets and cafés of El Carmen and the Turia Gardens can all be reached on foot.

The neighborhood El Carmen

El Carmen, in blue, borders Trinitat, Morvedre, Marxalenes, El Botanic, Les Tendetes, La Seu, El Mercat, and El Pilar. The highlights, the places more than 1.2 km away on foot, show from the first view; to see the streets and the rest, zoom the map in with the buttons, with two fingers or, with the map focused, with the + and − keys; the arrow keys move it and 0 goes back to the first view. The legend buttons show one category alone. All the places are also in the list.
